Returns & Refunds

If you would like to return an order or product within your order you can do so within 30 days of delivery. You do not need a reason to do so. The product will need to arrive back to us in the condition it was sent.
 

You must cover the cost of return postage.

If your item is damaged, the courier will cover this cost when we make a claim. We can then resend your item or refund on receiving the order back to us.  

PLEASE NOTE:  We do not consider broken Snap Bars as damaged. Some times wax breaks but this will not affect product performance. The same applies to 'frosting' on items, as this is a natural occurrence for Soy Wax products and also does not affect product performance.
