International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Like most companies that ship Internationally, we base our shipping prices based on weight of the order. Each item added to your basket is assigned with its individual weight. The total weight of your cart is then calculated to determine what the shipping cost will be.

IMPORTANT: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Wicked Burn is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Processing Time

All orders will be posted within 1 to 3 business days. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed on Monday or on the next business day.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours from receiving this information for the tracking information to become available.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but WE DO NOT ship to P.O. boxes.
